As a business that has been operating for more than 21 years as a teleworking company, WellData knows that teleworking is so much more than just the technology that underpins the teleworking concept: employees might struggle with time management, with motivation, and with keeping their morale up. On the other hand, employers are faced with challenges in terms of performance, effective communication and conflict resolutions, amongst others.

Having built our business around remote working, with almost 80% of our employees teleworking from home, we would like to offer free advice to businesses that are struggling to manage the new way of working imposed by the Covid-19.
