Back in September, we ran a typical satisfaction survey amongst our clients to gather a sense of how well we serve them and to find out if there are areas where we need to improve.
This is not the first survey of this type that we have run and in the past, the results have always been positive overall. What we didn’t expect this year was to receive such a heart-warming response!
Before sharing the actual results with you, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our Tech Support Team for the excellent results, because it is only thanks to their professionalism and dedication that we are able to provide such a high-quality level of service to our clients.
So, what did our clients tell us?
- 88.89% of respondents are very satisfied with WellData.
- Almost 90% of respondents defined our service reliable and high-quality.
- Over 77% of respondents described their relationship with WellData as excellent.
- Everybody who had any questions or concerns about their systems and contacted WellData said that the team has been extremely responsive.
- Critically, over 75% of respondents would highly recommend WellData. This brings our Net Promoter Score to a staggering 75, when the average for our industry is just 39%.
While these are outstanding results, this doesn’t mean that we will rest on our laurels: at WellData we are constantly striving to provide an outstanding level of service to our clients, and we work hard to ensure that we understand their pain points and find solutions that work for them.
