We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Administrator. To be successful, you should be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, possess strong administrative skills and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to senior colleagues, the key responsibilities of a Senior Sales Administrator include, but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Liaising closely with the marketing department
Answer incoming calls efficiently and deal with enquiries
Assist with quotations and tenders.
Dealing with the company’s administration.
Ensure all details on the CRM database are maintained and updated accurately.
Preparing/managing contracts/proposals/quotes/emails/letters
Account Management calls.
Client retention
Follow up potential sales leads.

The key skills and qualities of a Senior Sales Administrator are:
Previous experience in a similar role.
A good understanding of using CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
Conscientious and responsible.
Extensive attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Proactive and enthusiastic.
This role can also be flexible for the right person.
