21 Years Of Service
WellData have created such a strong ethos for employees, that it’s not often we say goodbye to a team member. However, after 21 years of service, Dave Ellis – Tech Team Leader is retiring. We’re fortunate to have gained so much knowledge and wise words of wisdom from our Oracle Team Lead, but now it’s time for him to enjoy the life he has created for himself.
WellData’s team has grown by 340% since Dave first joined the company, so he has had the pleasure of working with many clients and creating a strong working relationship as their dedicated account manager.

Honouring 21 Years Of Service
Dave has celebrated his retirement with a trip to the bike shop as he plans to join his wife in cycling around the island on his new electric bike. The WellData team has generously contributed a total of £500 via a #JustGiving campaign – launched by James.
What’s Next?
After 40 years of being on call for database support, Dave is flooded with spare time and not too sure what he’ll find himself occupied with, but we wish him all the very best.
Meanwhile, our plans are continuously growing and welcoming new talent. Dave’s responsibilities have been reappointed with no compromise to experience or knowledge, so we will soon introduce our new Oracle tech lead.
