Q. We already have an in-house DBA resource, why do we need WellData?A.WellData specialises in supporting your DBA resource, not replacing it!
Almost all of our many Clients have in-house technical resources and we work in partnership with their staff to provide an enhanced resource, releasing them to concentrate on major projects or areas where their unique knowledge of the business requirement is needed. In addition, WellData is always available 24 hours of every day, providing you with permanent expert cover during holidays, periods of sickness or training - even during Christmas and Easter!
Q. What platforms and software do you cover?

Q. If you are able to provide so much, you must be expensive.

Q. Our in-house DBAs sometimes need specific expertise, can WellData help?
A.In-house DBA can’t be expected to have expertise in all areas. One of the great advantages of working with WellData is our breadth of skills and experience. Whilst your in-house DBAs cannot keep abreast of all developments in the environment, WellData can.
Q. How can you understand our business well enough to contribute to it?
A.Each Client has an assigned WellData Primary DBA who is wholly responsible for your account. They spend time with your staff, learning and understanding everything necessary. Q. A lot of the data we hold is highly confidential and critical to our business. How secure are your remote access resources?
A.WellData is acutely aware of the need for data security. If you already have a secure means of access WellData will adopt your preferred method. If not WellData can advise on the best method appropriate to your security needs.
