A New resource for your business

Although a large global organization, one of our most recent clients had never outsourced before, so they were understandably concerned about allowing an outside party access to their systems and sensitive data. Fortunately WellData has vast experience of these areas and was able to take our client through the process and establish a comfortable working partnership.

Our clients not only wanted us to support their business critical Oracle databases, but also their SQL too. With a mixture of Windows and Unix in-house the cost of employing staff with this skill range would have been astronomical. However with WellData’s broad range of skills and experience we were able to comfortably step up and fill the gaps within our client’s in-house team.

WellData was also called upon to provide application support. Along with bread and butter MS Exchange, Apache and IIS we were also asked to support OutlLook Soft, an application we had minimal experience with. Instead of letting the client down and suggesting they looked elsewhere for their OutLooksoft support, WellData reacted by sending 3 of their technical specialists on an advanced training course it OutLooksoft. This ensured the continual development of our staff and the commitment of service to our client.

Although WellData has over the years supported many clients with offices in foreign climes, this client is truly global. With a business running around the world and around the clock, it leaves precious little time to maintain the system. In fact the only real maintenance window available is Saturday mornings between 8am and 11am GMT. With careful planning and a proactive approach this seemingly tricky issue had been dealt within typical WellData fashion, effectively and head on.
